The Problem
Workabout UK needed to be able to update their website so that new job vacancies could be added to the site. With no in-house technical skills, this needed to be as easy as possible so that anyone internally could add content to the website. As well as adding jobs, applicants needed to be able to register online and their approval monitored so that Workabout staff could manage applicants quickly and easily. Additionally, the company needed to stay with their current web hosts which meant we had to use our web development expertise to fulfil this need.
The Solution
Working with a marketing agency, we implemented a fresh and new look to the website to make it attractive to it's target audience. We then analysed their business processes to develop a back end system to allow them to manage and process applications in an effective way, reducing the amount of time to process each applicant dramatically.

Project Timescale
The Workabout website design and development to a total of three months. Since first working on the website we have implemented other improvements over an 18 month period to improve the site.
