Q. ´Where does your name come from?´
A. After much head scratching and discussion we decided on many names only to find that they were already taken or were too obtuse. We then turned to other languages for inspiration and stumbled upon the Portuguese word Adido which translated to Attaché' or Ambassador. We felt that Adido had a strong meaning and memorable ring to it and so Adido Solutions was born. See for yourself: http://world.altavista.com/tr
Q. 'I´m looking at several other web companies, why should I choose Adido Solutions'
A. The answer is quite simple; we listen, understand and work with you to create what you want, not what you are being sold. Q. 'How do I get my website to the top of the search engines?'
A. To achieve top rankings on Google is unlikely to happen by chance. The world wide web has grown to around 10 billion pages. Why would something like Google pick your website as number one? To achieve high rankings requires something called search engine optimisation (SEO) which is the process of building websites and web campaigns around keywords and phrases related to your business. SEO requires a lot of hard work and expertise. Adido Solutions can offer search engine optimisation to any sized company and have achieved high rankings for several customers in the past and continue to do so to this day (perhaps you found us through a Google search?).
Alternatively, websites can buy their way into search engine results by buying advertising space with selected key phrases and words. This is called Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising and can be extremely useful to advertise your site and generate the business you want.
Q. 'Can you offer cast iron guarantees with search engine optimisation?'
A. As much as we would like to offer cast iron guarantees with SEO, it is simply not possible. Search engines such as Google and Yahoo have matured and grown wise over the last five years and as such, to achieve high rankings requires time, skills and a lot of effort. The days of simply adding hidden meta keywords and submitting to 500,000,000 directories to achieve top ten rankings are long gone. In addition to this, search engines constantly change their indexing methods, so to be at number one today will not necessary be true tomorrow.
Q. 'Can you work for me even though I´m miles away from your office?'
A. We have completed projects for several customers without actually meeting them face to face. Thanks to the advances in hardware and web technologies, the communication over large distances has never been so easy. In an ideal world, we would like to sit down with all of our customers to gain a greater understanding of their business, but time is a rare commodity, so if we can work using the Internet for both our benefits, it makes sense to.
What we can say, is that we will work closely with you, providing reports and feedback over a set period of time, so that we can work towards an agreed set of goals. Ultimately our knowledge of our industry and your knowledge of yours, work together to achieve results which are discussed from the outset.
